Woodson cold food display cabinets offer market leading product display, appearance and hygiene. Whether you choose straight or curved glass you can be sure that your food will always look at its best with Woodson. Available in a full range of sizes, they can either be placed on a bench, on a trolley or dropped into a cabinet. Woodson also offer self-serve design which uses unique refrigeration principles to ensure food is kept at the required temperatures, in a buffet style display.
The counter-line cold food displays feature high qulaity refrigeration with both top mounted cross fin coil and refrigerated plate ensuring food is kept at required temperature, has double glazed toughened glass for imporved condensation protection, top illumination, centre slung refrigeration unit and rear sliding glass doors.
The Woodson self service display features a buffet-style salad or cold food well and can be accessed from both sides, it has a refrigerated ingredient well with cold air blowing below and over 100mm deep gastronorm pans, it is designed to meet the strictest food hygiene standards and has front and rear light-wight shatter proof plastic doors or can be supplied without gantry, has self contained end mounted refrigeration and all stainless stell body contruction in satin finish.
