It can be used on buffets, carveries and off site catering and has a drain plate, a removeable interior for easy cleaning, made from easy to clean stainless steel and has a robust and reliable incolloy element that is impervious to grease and fat. The heating system provides uniform heat over the entire heating surface with polished aluminium reflectors behind the heating elements radiating more heat toward the food.
