They have a European thermostat plus thermometer and temperature display to make sure your pies are served just right. Birko pie warmers also have heat resistant dials and handles, glass sliding doors or stainless steel sliding doors on one side with a fixed back, non-slip rubber feet and are easy to clean with the removable crumb tray.
