That's why the new series now offers and expanded platform of products, with a wider range of oven footprints, repositioned control panels, side hinged and drop down doors and increased tray loading capacity to suit virtually any application.

Blue Seal & Waldorf

Both the Blue Seal and Waldorf Convection ovens, available in either gas or electric, are superior to traditional convection ovens. Heavy-duty motors and circulation fans enable reduced cooking times and lower temperatures. These ovens have unique design features to make them suitable for space-limited kitchens, or the most demanding, and have easy to clean enamel linings.
