Add egg mixture to the dry ingredients, beating until smoothHeat 5cm of cooking oil to 185°C / 365°FPour the batter mixture into the doughnut dispenserHold directly over heated oil with fingers, press the plunger knob with thumb and release quicklyRepeat the pressing and releasing processAdjust the thickness of the doughnut by turning the valve on the bottom of the doughnut makerTurn doughnuts over as soon as they brown on under sideWhen completely browned, remove and place on wire cooling rackRoll in cinnamon sugar to decorate
