Dishtemp Thermometer

The DishTemp thermometer simulates a plate as it’s cleaned and sanitised in a commercial dishwasher, accurately recording the maximum surface temperature at the touch of a single button, eliminating the need for costly and inaccurate test strips and stem thermometers that do not stay in place or record the surface temperature of a plate. The instrument indicates temperature over the range of 0 to 90 °C with a resolution of 0.1 °C/°F and an accuracy of ±0.5 °C. Incorporating a durable water-tight seal, the DishTemp thermometer is waterproof to IP66 and is supplied complete with a FREE one point (71 °C ) traceable certificate of calibration.
